January 2008, Columbia Hotel Management signs management agreement with Dawgwood Hotels to manage their 69-room Microtel inn and Suites of Woodstock Georgia. Microtel has received seven J.D. Powers’s awards for guest satisfaction.

April 2007, Columbia Hotel Management signs management agreement with TAF properties and opens America ’s Best Inn and Suites Cartersville, Georgia. ABIS consists of 9 suites and 112 guest rooms. Property offers ball room, conference rooms, restaurant and lounge.

March 2007, Columbia Hotel Management signs management agreement with the Best Western Executive Suites Dublin, Georgia. Property consists of 24 suites 59 guest rooms, conference room, board room, lounge, business center, and exercise room.

November 2006, Columbia Hotel Management signs management contract with Catskill LLC., to manage their Suburban Extended Stay Hotel by Choice in Orlando Florida. Property consists of 136 extended Stay Suites.

November 2005, Columbia Hotel Management opens Ramada Plaza Hotel Houston Hobby Airport. Property consists of 194 guest room suites, 3000 square feet of meeting space, and the award winning Boulevard Café and Lounge.

June 2006, Columbia Management signs management contract to manage The Holiday Inn Hotel Conyers Georgia. Property offers 134 guest room suites, room service, meeting space and Bailey’s Full service Restaurant and Bar.

April 2005, Columbia Hotel Management signs management contract with Home Style Inns to manage their properties in Florida and Georgia, consisting of 450 extended stay guest suites.
